Your team doesn't need to learn every tool.

We design the training around your team's roles, their current skills and the tools available in your company.

01 — Understand

What the team needs to do

We learn about the roles, current skills and tools available in your company.

02 — Select

Tools and exercises

We choose the tools and design exercises around each area's real work.

03 — Agree

Scope and training

We agree on the scope and deliver the training in the format that works best for the team.

Having access to AI doesn't mean knowing how to work with it.

In the same company you'll find people who use AI every day, people who are only experimenting with it, and people who still don't know where to start. That gap shows up in the work.

AI creates more value when it stops being an individual skill and becomes a team capability.

01

Inconsistent results across people and teams.

The quality of what AI produces depends on who writes the prompt, not on a shared standard.

02

Improvised prompts and unreliable information.

Without structure or context, AI gets used like a search engine: time goes into asking, correcting and double-checking.

03

Know-how sits with just a few people.

When the person who “knows how to use AI” isn't around, the rest of the team works the same way as before.

04

Missed opportunities for lack of judgment.

No one has defined when to use AI, when not to, or how to connect it to each area's processes.

From the fundamentals to real-world use.

Progressive, easy-to-follow programs adapted to each organization's context, tools and pace. Each module builds capabilities the next one puts to use.

The program's content and depth are adapted to each organization's level, goals and needs.

Tools change. Capabilities stay.

Artificial intelligence platforms change constantly. That's why our programs aren't built around a single app: we work on principles, methods and ways of working that teams can apply with different AI tools, today and in the future.

During the training we use current platforms to learn by doing, but the real goal is to build capabilities that stay inside the organization.

We don't teach buttons. We teach new ways of working.

You learn AI by using it.

Sessions combine fundamentals with exercises based on situations close to each team's reality. Less theory in isolation, more application to real work.

  • Research and analyze information
  • Prepare communications
  • Structure proposals
  • Summarize documents
  • Develop ideas
  • Improve processes
  • Design prompts
  • Build assistants
  • Explore automations

Customer experience is also learned from the inside.

The program introduces Customer Experience fundamentals so teams use AI where it shows the most: in the relationship with the customer. Turning information into action, not just into reports.

  • Identify friction points
  • Listen to customers better
  • Organize feedback
  • Analyze conversations
  • Spot patterns
  • Size opportunities
  • Prioritize improvements

AI can speed up processes. Customer Experience helps decide which ones are worth improving.

From asking AI questions to working alongside it.

The training covers the full progression: from AI that answers, to AI that works with your company's context.

01 — Generative AI

Create, research and respond

Helps people write, analyze information and prepare work with better instructions and better results.

02 — Specialized assistants

They work with your context

They operate under your company's specific instructions, knowledge and rules, with more consistent results across people.

03 — AI agents

They take part in processes

They can use tools and carry out tasks within defined limits, always supervised by your team.

The goal isn't to replace the team. It's to expand what the team can do.

Designed for real teams.

Formats that adapt to how the company operates, not the other way around.

We're not aiming for them to know more about AI. We want them to know what to do with it.

By the end of a program, the team should be better prepared to:

  • Use AI with good judgment
  • Write better instructions
  • Identify tasks where AI adds value
  • Research and analyze more efficiently
  • Build specialized assistants
  • Share best practices across the team
  • Spot automation opportunities
  • Understand the fundamentals of agents
  • Apply AI to sales and Customer Experience
  • Build a shared knowledge base

The training ends. The capability stays.

Depending on each program's scope, the materials help reinforce what was learned and make it easier to onboard new team members: the knowledge stays inside the company, not in the memory of a single session.

  • Recordings, where applicable
  • Starter prompt library
  • Skills and assistants
  • Exercises and materials
  • Methods and examples
  • Reference resources
  • TERABY certificate

First we build capabilities. Then we can help turn them into systems.

Working with teams usually brings opportunities to light: repetitive processes, scattered information, manual tasks, follow-up, CRM, automation, agents, Customer Experience. TERABY can then help you assess which of those opportunities make sense to implement.

Frequently asked questions.

What companies usually ask us before getting started.

How much does the training cost?

We quote each program for your team. The base program is a 4-hour onboarding session, online or on-site, with course materials, for up to 30 team members. Broader programs are quoted based on team size, scope and format. If you completed the full TERABY assessment in the last 3 months, we credit 50% of its fee.

Can the training be delivered on-site?

Yes. Programs can be delivered in person with your company's team or online, depending on what the organization needs.

Do we need prior knowledge of artificial intelligence?

Not necessarily. The program can start from the fundamentals and progress toward more advanced applications, including assistants, automation and AI agents.

Is the training focused on one specific tool?

Not necessarily. We practice with specific tools (Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, AI agents) depending on what your company uses, but the program focuses on skills, principles and methods that stay useful as the platforms change.

Can the content be tailored to our company?

Yes. The program can be adapted to each organization's areas, skill level, processes and goals. A sales team may need different exercises than a Customer Experience, marketing or operations team.

Are the sessions recorded?

Online sessions can be recorded as internal reference material and to support future onboarding. For on-site programs, recording can be arranged according to the project's conditions and scope.

Do participants receive materials and a certificate?

Yes. Depending on the program, participants receive support materials, exercises, practical resources and a TERABY certificate on completing the training.

How many people can take part?

The base onboarding session is designed for up to 30 team members. For larger groups or longer programs, we define the format with you so the sessions stay interactive, hands-on and worthwhile.

What happens after the training?

The training can be a fully standalone project. If the program surfaces processes that could improve through automation, integrations or AI agents, TERABY can assess them with your company afterward.

AI doesn't have to stay in the hands of a few people.

Let's talk about how to prepare your team to use it in a practical, responsible and useful way in their work. Tell us about your team and what you want to improve.

Tell us what you want to achieve with AI.

Every team starts from a different place. Tell us a little about your organization, the people who would take part and what you'd like to improve. With that, we can better understand what kind of training would make sense for you.

Not sure which tool to choose? Tell us what your team does and we'll figure it out together.
