1. How to submit the request
You may request deletion through any of these channels:
- By WhatsApp or phone at +502 4846 2841.
- Through the assessment form (in Spanish), writing "Solicitud de eliminación de datos" (data deletion request) at the beginning of the description.
If you contact us by WhatsApp or phone from the same number you provided in the form, verification is simpler.
2. What information we need
To locate your records, it helps if you tell us:
- The name and the email or phone number you used when submitting the form.
- The approximate date of the submission and which form you used (assessment or training).
- Whether you want all of your data deleted or only part of it (for example, a specific submission).
3. Identity verification
Before deleting data, we verify that the request comes from the person who submitted it or from someone authorized by that person. It is normally sufficient for the request to come from the same email address or phone number as the original submission, or for you to confirm a detail of that submission. We will only ask for additional information when it is necessary for that verification, and we will not keep it for other purposes.
4. What we review and delete
We search for and delete your records in the systems under our control:
- The database where form submissions are stored.
- The Google Sheets spreadsheet linked by integration, if your submission was recorded there.
- Our customer relationship management system (CRM), if your inquiry was recorded there.
- The internal emails or messages generated by your submission.
We will confirm receipt of the request through the same channel and, once completed, the outcome. We do not commit to a fixed timeframe: we do it manually and as soon as possible.
5. What may be retained
- A minimal record that you requested deletion and that we handled it, so that we can evidence it.
- Data necessary to comply with legal or contractual obligations, or to defend claims, only for as long as those obligations require.
- Backup copies held by our providers, which are deleted according to each provider's retention cycles; we do not reuse them to contact you.
6. Data held by third parties
We can delete the data under our control. Some providers retain information independently under their own policies:
- Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (only if you accepted measurement or advertising): they receive aggregated or pseudonymous browsing data, not your name or email. You can withdraw consent from "Cookie settings" in the footer and manage your information in your Google account.
- AidaForm (training form): it retains the submission on its platform according to its policy; when handling your request, we also delete it from our account on that service.
- WhatsApp: any conversations you have with us via WhatsApp are governed by that service's terms and remain on your device and ours until they are deleted.
